What is Tilt Refluxing Technology?
By placing the column on a 45 degree angle eliminates the use of
column packing. Column packing has to be replaced all the time,
column packing is a hassle and you all ways have to have it on hand.
So Tilt Refluxing if far superior.
Tilt Refluxing also increases the distillation power of the still by
giving the alcohol vapor a trickle back effect.
As the vapor rises it cools on the column and trickles back to be
reheated to a vapor, each time it is reheated the alcohol becomes
cleaner and a higher parentage.
Specifications of This Still The 2 Gallon Bootlegger Still will produce about 1+ quart per run
at
about 65% Alcohol By Volume. Distillation Time is about 1.2 hrs.
